Cancellation Policy

1. Policy for Cancellation.

1.1 For Clients
Before the service or labor starts, customers can cancel their order and get a complete refund.
The customer is responsible for paying the whole amount agreed upon and the purchase cannot be canceled after work has begun.
The consumer may request a cancellation and full refund if the provider does not begin or finish the task within the predetermined time frame.
Before work begins, any cancelation requests must be submitted via the platform’s customer service.

1.2 Regarding Vendors.
All accepted orders must be completed by vendors in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work.
A vendor may be subject to account limits, fines, or temporary suspension if they cancel an order after it has been accepted.
The buyer will receive a complete refund with no deductions if the seller cancels an order.
To avoid platform penalties, vendors should only take orders that they can fulfill.

2. Policy for Refunds

2.1 Customers’ Eligibility for Refunds
In the following situations, customers may be eligible for a refund:

The vendor does not begin or finish the work as scheduled.
Subject to platform evaluation, the job is not finished to the agreed-upon quality and standards.
Before the work begins, the consumer cancels the order.
Cases That Are Not Refundable:The customer is not entitled to a refund if the job has already begun.

Refund requests will not be taken into consideration if the customer is unhappy with the job completed but does not contest it within 48 hours.
There are no refunds for any extra fees made to the merchant directly outside of the platform.

2.2 Processing Vendor Refunds
Even if a vendor fulfills their half of the bargain and the client declines to pay without good cause, the vendor will still be paid in full.
The amount will be subtracted from their outstanding payments if a refund is granted because the vendor failed to deliver.

2.3 Timeline for Processing Refunds
Requests for refunds must be made through the support system on Vishvakrma.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
After the order is marked as completed and no objections are lodged, vendors will get paid within a seven-day settlement period.

3. Settlement of Conflicts

Customers have 48 hours after the job is finished to file a dispute if they disagree with the quality of the service.
After reviewing the argument and considering the evidence presented, Vishvakrma.com will render a final judgment.
Payments may be withheld by the platform until the disagreement is settled.

4. Legal Action for Violations of Policy

Beyond the agreed-upon scope of service, vendors are not permitted to demand additional payments. A vendor’s account could be suspended and legal action could follow.

Clients are responsible for making on-time payments for the services they get. There could be legal repercussions if payment is not made when the work is finished.

5. Acceptance of Policy Changes

You accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy, including with any modifications, by using Vishvakrma.com. Vishvakrma.com maintains the right to change these terms at any moment, and using the platform going forward indicates that you agree to such changes.
