Construction Quotation
1. Site Preparation & Foundation
- Pit depth: 7 feet (or as required), width: 4×4 feet. Murum filling of 1 foot as per engineer.
- Column beams: 8×12 or 4×16 with 12 mm rods (as per requirement/engineer).
- Columns: 12 mm bars, size 8×16 as required.
- Plinth height: 2–2.5 feet.
- Plinth slab: 4-inch thick with 8 mm rods + black raincoat sheet.
- Slab thickness: 4 inches.
- Cement bricks up to plinth level.
- Brickwork ratio: 1:4 (sand : cement) for 4-inch joints.
- Beam/Column/Slab mix ratio: 4 (gravel) : 2 (sand) : 1 (cement).
- Plaster ratios:
- Coarse plaster 1:5 (sand : cement).
- Fine plaster 1:4.
- Inside & outside plaster will be fine finished and painted.
2. Structural & Masonry
- Gravel filling in plinth below beam.
- Iron rods will be used (standard Bansal/Moria grade).
- Bricks worth ₹6500 per thousand will be used.
- 14 mm bright bar grill for windows/ventilations.
- Walls plastered finely on both sides.
3. Flooring, Tiles & Granite
- Entire house flooring: Tiles worth ₹50/sq.ft (2×2 size).
- Roof: Tiles worth ₹30/sq.ft with Coba finish.
- Kitchen platform: 100 sq.ft granite + 2.5 ft wall tiles @ ₹40/sq.ft.
- Kitchen sink: Approx. ₹1,500.
- Stairs: Granite @ ₹80/sq.ft + railing @ ₹400/running ft.
- Windows: Granite all sides @ ₹80/ft.
- Skirting with tiles everywhere.
4. Plumbing & Sanitary
- Pipes: Finolex CPVC, main line 6″, others 4″.
- Hot water CPVC pipes: Finolex brand.
- Bathrooms: Geyser, water heater, flush tank.
- No POP work in bathrooms.
- Hot and cold water connections as per owner’s requirement.
- E-Ross wall-hung washbasins.
- 1500-litre water tank (RCC or synthetic).
- Rainwater harvesting by landlord.
5. Electrical & Fittings
- All electrical fittings with 1-inch PVC pipes + iron frame boards.
- Wires: Finolex brand.
- Light points, switches, and taps as per owner’s requirement.
- Zero fiber line & camera line by landlord.
6. Doors, Windows & Railings
- Doors: Flush doors with Sunmica both sides.
- All doors will have 3 hinges.
- Main door: Iron door with Godrej lock (landlord’s choice).
- Main gate: 7 ft × 4.5 ft, 70 kg weight.
- Balcony railing: 500 running ft.
- Ventilation: 60 mm aluminium section @ ₹200/ft.
- Window glass: Plain, as per design.
- Mattress mesh for front gate & ventilation.
7. Painting & Finishes
- Plastering by JK Birla.
- Paint: Nerolac/Asian — inside ₹4000/bucket, outside ₹4500/bucket.
- Two coats kutti + two coats color (no primer inside).
- No outer wall putty.
- No POP inside (except foot elevation POP @ ₹100/sq.ft).
8. Miscellaneous
- Map passing & boring expenses borne by landlord.
- Landlord to provide water & electricity during work.
- After construction, freezing/maintenance for one year by contractor.
- Water supply connection from boring/tank to rooftop tank.
- Any additional work not listed will require extra payment.
- If work not done satisfactorily, dispute resolution before witnesses.

1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins – You may cancel your order anytime before the contractor starts work and receive a full refund.
- After Work Begins – Once the service has started, cancellations are not allowed and the full payment remains due.
- Vendor Non-Compliance – If your assigned contractor fails to start or complete work within the agreed timeline, you can request a full cancellation and refund, subject to verification by our team.
- Product Purchases (if applicable) – For non-service items, you can cancel within 4 days of placing the order, provided shipping has not started.
2. Refund Policy
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The contractor fails to start or finish the job as agreed.
- Service quality does not meet agreed standards (complaint must be raised within 48 hours after job completion).
- The order was canceled before work began.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Work has started and no issues were reported within 48 hours of completion.
- Dissatisfaction reported beyond 48 hours.
- Payments made outside Vishvakrma.com.
For product orders, refunds apply only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 4 days of delivery.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of project completion. Our support team will review the case and issue a binding decision.
