Construction Quotation
1. Site Preparation & Foundation
- Complete cleaning of the plot will be done.
- Pit depth: 7 feet (or as required), width: 4×4 feet. Murum filling of 1 foot as per engineer.
- Plinth height: 2.5–3.5 feet (as per requirement).
- Porch height: 2 feet above road level.
- Pest control will be done on the ground floor.
- Cement bricks will be laid up to plinth level.
2. Structural Work
- Column beams: 8×12 or 4×16, with 12 mm rebars (as per drawing/engineer).
- Columns: 12 mm bars, size as per requirement.
- Beams/Columns/Slabs mix ratio: 4 (gravel) : 2 (sand) : 1 (cement).
- Slab thickness: 4 inches, with 10 mm × 10 mm mesh, laid on black raincoat sheet.
- Walls: 4-inch thick, as per planning.
- Plaster:
- Coarse plaster ratio: 1:5 (sand : cement).
- Fine plaster ratio: 1:4.
- Inside & outside plaster will be fine finished and painted.
3. Flooring, Tiles & Granite
- Entire house flooring: Tiles worth ₹60/sq.ft.
- Roof: Coba finish + tiles worth ₹30/sq.ft.
- Kitchen platform: 150 sq.ft granite + 2.5 ft wall tiles.
- Kitchen sink: Polycarbonate, approx. ₹4,000.
- Staircase: 120 sq.ft granite + railing ₹500/running ft.
- Window sides: Granite (₹160/ft).
- Bathroom: Full Koba finish, no POP.
- Skirting with tiles throughout.
4. Plumbing & Sanitary
- Pipes: Astral/Finolex (main 6″, others 4″).
- Hot water CPVC pipes (Kisan/Finolex).
- Bathrooms: Geyser points, flush tanks, hot/cold lines.
- Fittings: Jaguar basic taps, E-Ross wall-hung basins, standard sanitary ware.
- Overhead water tank: 1500 litres (RCC or synthetic).
- Rainwater harvesting by landlord.
- Toilet fittings (approximate costs):
- Shower: ₹1400

5. Electrical & Fittings
- Wiring: Finolex/Polycab, 1-inch PVC conduit with iron frame boards.

- Switchboards & points as per landlord’s requirement.
- Zero fiber line & camera line by landlord.
6. Doors & Windows
- Doors: Flush doors with Sunmica on both sides.
- Main entrance: Iron door + Godrej lock (₹2000) + steel accessories.
- All doors with 3 hinges.
- Balcony railing: 900 running ft.
- Main gate: 7 ft × 4.5 ft, 120 kg weight.
- Windows: Aluminium section (60 mm, ₹380/ft) with granite sides, mesh, and glass as per landlord.
7. Materials
- Cement: UltraTech.
- Steel rods: Bansal, Moria, etc.
- Bricks: ₹6500 per thousand.
8. Paint & Finishing
- Inside paint: Nerolac/Asian (₹4000/bucket).
- Outside paint: Nerolac/Asian (₹4500/bucket).
- Two-coat putty + two-coat color inside.
- No outer wall putty; no POP inside (except elevation at ₹100/sq.ft).
9. Miscellaneous
- Maintenance for 1 year by contractor.
- Map passing & boring charges to be borne by landlord.
- Landlord to provide water & electricity during construction.
- Any additional work not mentioned will cost extra.
- Contractor responsible for accidents or damages during construction.
- Tower load capacity: 150 kg.

1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins – You may cancel your order anytime before the contractor starts work and receive a full refund.
- After Work Begins – Once the service has started, cancellations are not allowed and the full payment remains due.
- Vendor Non-Compliance – If your assigned contractor fails to start or complete work within the agreed timeline, you can request a full cancellation and refund, subject to verification by our team.
- Product Purchases (if applicable) – For non-service items, you can cancel within 4 days of placing the order, provided shipping has not started.
2. Refund Policy
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The contractor fails to start or finish the job as agreed.
- Service quality does not meet agreed standards (complaint must be raised within 48 hours after job completion).
- The order was canceled before work began.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Work has started and no issues were reported within 48 hours of completion.
- Dissatisfaction reported beyond 48 hours.
- Payments made outside Vishvakrma.com.
For product orders, refunds apply only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 4 days of delivery.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of project completion. Our support team will review the case and issue a binding decision.
